Job Description
- The sales support manager will lead the sales support team, manage and monitor the sales pipelines, evaluate sales performance, analyze territory/market potential, track sales and status reports and communicate same to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
- Managing the daily operations of the sales support unit.
- Closely monitor sales metrics.
- Ensure the Implementation of stated team and company strategies, goals, objectives and procedures.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill sales gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sales orders, down to order delivery.
- Establishing sales goals and quotas for team members.
- Providing training in sales techniques.
