Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. MCPL over the years has grown adding 13 brands in various categories comprising of Noodle, Snacks, Milk, Cereal, Oil, Homecare and Personal Hygiene.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Quality Control Officer
Location: Surulere, Lagos

Description
- To manage quality assurance for one of the brands under a leading FMCG Group while bringing a high level of efficiency and maintaining maximum effectiveness.
- The Quality Control Officer is responsible for checking and verifying the quality of all goods received, stored, and dispatched from the warehouse. The role ensures that products meet the company’s standards before they are moved into inventory or delivered to customers.
Job Functions / Detailing
- Inspect all incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity specifications.
- Check packaging, labels, expiry dates, and product conditions.
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the warehouse supervisor.
- Ensure proper storage of products according to company guidelines.
- Conduct routine quality checks on items in the warehouse.
- Verify that outgoing orders are accurate and meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain quality control records and update inspection logs.
- Work with warehouse staff to correct quality issues quickly.
- Ensure compliance with safety and warehouse procedures.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.

- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.

Job Title: Van Sales Representative

Job Objective
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the assigned territory and deliver the monthly and annual sales targets.
Core Delivarables
- Deliver the monthly sales targets.
- Achieve availability of our products in wholesale and retail outlets that is at the same level of our main competitors.
- Work with our dealers and retailers to activate our products at the point of sale.
- Identify, create and execute opportunities with dealers/retailers to increase sell-in/sell-out.
Other Job Functions:
- Execute the sales and marketing plan for the territory as agreed with the Area Sales Manager.
- Develop strong relationships and close collaboration with all dealers.
- Monitor dealers’ turnover and stocks on a weekly basis and ensure that our SKUs are available and that the dealers reach their monthly targets.
- Develop and execute action plans in case the dealer falls behind on his/her monthly target.
- Identify and recruit new customers, both, in wholesale and retail.
- Remit all cash collected on behalf of the dealer to the dealer without fail.
- Perform daily reconciliation of dealer stocks sold through redistribution.
- Monitor and report activities of beverage competitors (trade and consumer pricing, promo schemes, new products, etc.).
Below Criteria Are Must
- Minimum Qualification – OND
- Minimum 1 Year of Van Sales Experience
- Good Driving skills with active driving licenses/permit and must have a good knowledge of the Nigeria roads
- Must be able to use Smart phones and have good knowledge of sales applications.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Executing sales plan for the territory.
- Proficiency in executing “Steps of the Call” and in building strong relationships with customers.
- Good communication Skills and must be goal driven.
- Strong customer focus and negotiating skills.
