Job Brief

  • We are sourcing a data-driven, innovative, passionate and detail-oriented Lead Franchise for the Franchise Subsidiary of the ORIKI Group.
  • The Lead Franchise will work closely with the M.D to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain prospective partners for the franchise subsidiary of the brand.
  • The Lead Franchise will also need to ensure that compliance with company policies and procedures with regards to the franchise subsidiary of the brand is adhered to strictly.


  • BA or B.Sc in Business Management or a related discipline
  • Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be added advantage.
  • Professional qualification on Project Management, CBDP etc will be an added advantage
  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years work experience in BDM,
  • Marketing or Sales
  • Experience with Business Development Management, Marketing and Partnerships is essential for this role
