- Collating all approved Purchase Orders and documents in procurement logbook
- Monitoring approved Internal Orders and ensuring they are serviced
- Keeping up to date procurement information on all transactions
- Monitoring all orders and ensuring the complete delivery
- Reporting of any incomplete transaction
- Initiating tendering process for all approved internal order requests
- Analyzing and delivering all approved tenders
- Keeping track of all price gain or loss on all items
- Ensuring that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly.

- A University Degree in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Sciences, Accounting or any relevant discipline
- One (1) year experience in Logistics function.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Responsiblities
The ideal candidate will:
- Ensure timely evacuation of finished goods stock from the factories and subsequent racking in the warehouse in accordance with FIFO.
- Ensure accurate receipt, and issue of POS material stock.
- Ensure effective and efficient storage of stock in the warehouse.
- Ensure timely, and accurate processing of depot shipments (loading and documentation)
- Ensure the proper and timely preparation of reports as required by Distribution and Transport Management.
- Optimize deployment of men and materials in the course of work.
- Carry out any assigned food safety jobs by the head of department
