Job Description

  • Develop the brand’s voice and identity through marketing campaigns.
  • Provide all the needed information on promoted products.
  • Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products.
  • Liaise with sales, advertising, communication, PR or media teams on cross-departmental projects and campaigns.
  • Disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
  • Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
  • Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
  • High-level communication and networking skills.
  • Passion for sales.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Good project management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.

 

 

2). Restaurant Manager

Location: Nigeria 

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Take accurate and proper record of inventory
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations (HACCP)
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to minimize waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Promote the brand in the local community through LSM and good customer experience.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.

 

 

 

3). Maintenance Officer

Description

  • Maintain and repair equipment and fittings
  • Ensure rectification of electrical faults
  • Plan and co-ordinate electrical repairs on machines and other equipment
