Job Description
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Finance Team;
- Preparing payment schedules, verification of bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliation and monthly internal financial reports to assist managers with planning, forecasting.
- Liaison with Local Government and also Banks for fund management.
- Reviewed the P&L and balance sheet items on a monthly basis as well as underlying account reconciliations to ensure integrity of the data and identify potential cost savings also schedule needs to be prepared where ever required.
- Analyzing working capital and cash flow, monitoring debt collections to ensure timely payment from clients
- Actively participating in the key finance & accounting processes like annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, balance sheet business review, timely submission of various financial reports and so on
- Timely producing financial result and all variances and sharing the same with the HOD.
- Verifying Capex and Fixed Assets and preparing depreciation schedule attached to it.
- Administering import costing & forex exchange accounting & GRN process.
- Generating the Variation report to find & analyze the root cause of such variation Performing
- VAT return and assessment and tax return and assessment Leading the process of inventory management, perpetual inventory management and physical stock checking stock and inform to respective department head along with own HOD.
- Liaison with internal Auditor, Statutory Auditors, Tax Auditor and FIRS Auditors.
- Supervising others costing related matter and financial related matters like financial closing, salary processing, tax assessment Tax Audit, Payroll Accounting, Product Costing, Treasury Operation.
- Training to team member on regular interval on the points where they have issue.
- Insurance renewal on time and cover the product and asset for insurance .
- Any other work which is given by your reporting boss.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
Salary
N500,000 / Month.

Job Title: Assistant Account Manager (Treasury)

Job Description
- Recording of all LC and BC related entries in system and calculation of interest of it and cross check with bank numbers on day to day basic.
- Booking of STL and calculation of interest and have proper tracking of the same.
- Import costing of the product
- Import schedule
- Details tracking of LC liability and BC liability bank wise.
- Online booking of all imported invoice for material, asset or spares.
- Liaison with Banks for fund management related to import.
- Filing of all bank correspondence documentation related to treasury
- Dealing with bank to prepare letter and document to accept offer letter and correspond to them based on management decision .
- Keeping the record of all Bank line and uses of it on.
- Any other work which is given by your reporting boss.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with at least 10 years experience.
Salary
N350,000 / Month.

Job Title: Medical Doctor
Location: Nigeria

Job Description
- Maintain regularly updated patient medical records that document all evaluations, medications, treatments, allergies, test results and other records
- Evaluate a patient’s symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of treatment to address them
- Prescribe medications in compliance with state and federal statutes and inform patients of all possible risks, complications and interference with other medications they may be taking
- Supervise and evaluate Medical Assistants to ensure full compliance with regulations and make sure that the current care program is as effective as possible
- Consult patients on topics such as proper nutrition, fitness and hygiene to assist them in making informed decisions and taking good care of their health
Requirements
- An M.D. from an accredited medical school
- A current medical license
- Previous clinical experience beyond the required residency
- Board certification in a relevant specialization preferred
- A detail-oriented and compassionate approach with patients and staff
- Strong leadership and organization skills
- A well-developed ability to solve problems on their feet
- A high degree of physical stamina and dexterity needed to perform various treatments and accurately administer medications.
