Job Title: Camp Administrative Support Supervisor

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts

Job Purpose

  • The Project Camp Admin Support Supervisor is responsible for ensuring accommodation allocation is achieved based on standard policy and ensure that they are maintained and kept with required functional appliances, furnishing, utilities as well as ensuring overall support and maintenance services are provided according to contractual mandates.
  • The candidate coordinates related interfaces with the project’s owners’ team and service contractors, in areas of maintenance
  • services through Execute to commissioning phases, culminating in a successful and seamless relationship with the current client’s organization in accordance with the project drivers.
  • The desired outcome is to achieve goal zero interface incidents, impaction efficient.

Main Accountabilities

  • Coordinates/Manages the provision of accommodation and hospitality services (residential accommodation, Guest
  • Management services, catering, office accommodation support services and sporting/recreational facilities, etc.) in Bonny locations for the Project Owner’s Team and project guests.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain procedures related to all services (accommodation, catering, guest management, etc.) to ensure compliance with all company requirements based on existing standards or relevant processes/procedures.
  • Manages relationship with all internal stakeholders and support functions with the service providers and asset for the effective and efficient delivery of services (accommodation, catering, access, housekeeping, general facilities maintenance, cooling system, etc.) in JV Owners’ Team Camp.
  • Manage the framework for interface between the EPC contractor and Company in key services area.
  • Manage the framework for interface between the EPC contractor and Company Owners Team in JV camp / accommodation related matters as it relates to services, operations and maintenance.
  • Measures and monitors the provision of high standards of service delivery/performance (including its enablers) in accommodation, catering and transportation (land, marine and air) and others in Bonny Operating Centre, using relevant tools and service delivery models.
  • HSE Goal Zero: Manage HSE issues related to General Services as it relates to camp and office administration and service delivery (accommodations, hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, other support services, etc.) in order to prevent incidents and achieve Goal Zero.
  • Ensure that quality of services are not compromised by service providers, and Schedule of delivery are met as agreed during the execution of the Project EPCroject delivery throughout all phases.

Skills & Requirements
Education:

  • University Degree or HND with 1 – 2 years’ cognate experience,

Experience:

  • A proven track record of managing and collaborative working with multi-cultural stakeholders including contractors
  • Management of personnel accommodation and oversight of maintenance services or facilities management experience
  • The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an ability to drive timely decision-making and implementation by the project team through appropriate command, influence and respectful persistence.
  • Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders including residents in Camp, Colleagues in office, Asset team, service providers and EPC contractor
  • Good stakeholder and expectation management, with demonstration of excellent interpersonal relation skills
  • Customer care experience and demonstration of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the area of interface with stakeholders is an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge on HSE and demonstration of goal zero in job execution especially in projects as well as accommodation and hospitality.

Job Title: Methods Engineer – C&P Tools & Support Officer

Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contracts

Main Responsibilities / Activities

  • Be in constant alignment with HSSE Company rules, Procedures, Instructions and applicable legislation.
    Take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger.
  • Exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or avoid pollution.
  • Participate actively in HSSE meetings, training sessions and drills and co-operate actively in the execution of HSSE plans. Support a functional Hotline and ensure the resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of C&P tools.
  • Create and maintain a list of contact members in the User Departments and ensure this list is updated regularly
  • Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools
  • Coordinate and ensure the regular training and support for external Suppliers on the e-sourcing tool and NIPEX platforms.
  • Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC. SAP or other external assistance.
  • Test and validate under custody of Performance & Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools,
  • Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes.
  • Suggest and prepare after SAP Lead User’s approval all requests for modifications to profiles, reference users or permissions in respect of SC Tools so as to ensure segregation of duties in SAP.

Qualifications / Experiences Required

  • Minimum of a Second-Class University Degree in Engineering, Business or a Supply Chain discipline plus 3 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Very good knowledge of C&P SC tools including UNISUP, Planning tools, e-sourcing tools & NipeX, in addition to other Business & Computing tools
  • Computer literacy is mandatory and paramount on and off the job,
  • Microsoft EXCEL Proficiency is highly important and job holder must be able to write Macros.
  • Must have risk-based audit experience.
  • Must be able to perform financial and non-financial audit.
  • Must be able to facilitate LEAN Methodology
  • Must have Microsoft Power Point presentation Proficiency

Technical Skills:

  • Data Audit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Package
  • Proficiency in BI Reporting (Power BI)
  • Demonstrable commitment to excellence, respect for deadlines, team spirit and good communication skills
  • Result oriented.
  • Have very good notions in training techniques and a good dose of diplomacy.

Task and Responsibilities
In addition in all level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:

  • Assist the workforce in the implementation of SSHE Processes, Safety Instructions, Safety Procedures, and hazard management strategies as well as ensure compliance with project plans and other relevant company programs.
  • Encourage and facilitate an appropriate level of workforce participation in the application of SSHE processes.
  • Proactively identify SSHE related issues at the project site and facilitate effective resolution of any issues.
  • Participate in contractor qualification process and other SSHE activities as requested by SSHE Lead.
  • Provide review and comment, as appropriate, on project specific procedures and manuals.
  • Management, inspection and maintenance of SHE Critical Equipment (fire response, oil spill response, portable gas detection, life boats, life rafts, life vests etc).
  • Review of annual ERT drill program and feedback to central OIMS team and System 10-2 Administrator. Communication of Emergency Response Plans to ERT and other relevant personnel.
  • Coordination of emergency response teams in conjunction with On Scene Coordinator (OSC) during emergency scenarios. Manages forward control (FCP) during emergency situations.

Job Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Demonstrated work experience in safety-related positions (including some prior oil & gas experience)
  • Behavioral Skills: analytical, communicates effectively, courage of conviction, manages risk
  • Functional Skills: emergency preparedness and response, incident investigation and analysis, operations integrity and compliance assessment, OIMS execution support, risk assessment and management, safety management, safety regulations and standards, fundamentals of health, fundamentals of environmental management and regulatory compliance, environmental standards, regulation development and advocacy, SSHE management – operations and maintenance, managing critical operations activities
  • Knowledge of security processes and procedures
  • Proficient in use of computers and programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, as required to function effectively within a project team
  • Prefer prior experience working in a multicultural / multilingual, emerging nation, environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver excellence in project SSHE performance

  • Follows up and maintains up to date the EPOB (Extended Personnel on Board) files.
  • Schedules the training sessions for COMPANY’s Technical Logistics personnel.
  • Maintains all HSE records, statistics and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting: recording of all incidents, accidents, safety observations,using the Company’s systems and databases (ex. Synergi, Enablon, etc.).
  • Ensure that contractor’s Anomaly reporting system is in place on site and that cards are reported and analyzed for trends and subsequent actions identified
  • Prepares departmental monthly HSE reports and any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management.
  • Supports all Company Safety Initiatives and organizes HSE campaigns for logistics contractors.
  • Organizes and chairs special HSE events: departmental HSE committees, HSE Forums, etc.
  • Supports HQ audits as required, provides information, organizes HSE reviews for the LSO department.
  • Provides HSE support to all Techlog operations across all sites and the logistic bases: Aviation – Up to 2 helicopters; Vessels: 8
  • PSVs/FSIVs, 6 Tugs/AHTS, 6 crew boats, 11 Security vessels and 4 River Security vessels on long-term contracts plus spot charters.
  • All recordable incidents and accidents are entered into the Company reporting systems, cases investigated, corrective actions defined, implemented and closed out.
  • Number of audits per year: 6, number of HSE Forums per year: 2.
  • Contractors are applying correct safety rules and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in an HSE or Engineering discipline.
  • Fully conversant with relevant legislation, Company Rules (Referential) and best practices.
  • Fully conversant with the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Oil and Gas Industry Experience in the HSE capacity.
