Job Title: After Sales Service Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary
- A smart and active Aftersales Manager is currently needed. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a team, time-conscious, customer-centric, and proactive in solving customers and work-related issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts system check, maintenance and troubleshooting on the installed photovoltaic (PV) system.
- Terminates electrical wirings, troubleshoots wiring connections and internet connections on the inverters.
- Checks layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures,
- Checks sketches or follows blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building safety codes.
- Checks as-built, general arrangement drawings, equipment and cable route layouts, cable tray installation layout, and others
- Detailed knowledge of solar panel installation and resolve inverter issues.
- Detailed knowledge of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical / Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical engineering
- Minimum 7 years practical experience as an aftersales engineer manager or after-sales manager in a solar company
- Must live close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege
- Has prior work experience in solar PV system and installation
- Willing to do on-site/field works
- Excellent time Management, Communication and Customer relationship management skill.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
- Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
- Proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
- Communicate with customers and the technical team to address after-sales technical issues.
- Assist the technical team in improving product design to reduce failure rate.
- Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.
- Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation
Requirements / Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical / Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology
- Minimum of 2 years practical experience as an aftersales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company
- Must live close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willing to do on-site/field works
- Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Skilled in soldering techniques.
- Familiar with electric circuit faults.
