Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, growing client relationships, and supporting the company’s overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and execute business development strategies and plans
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and client use
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our client’s HR department in Port Harcourt.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records, while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Help prepare HR documents such as letters, memos, and reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations under supervision

Qualifications

  • Assist in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections

  • Professional certification such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISPON is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
