Job Description

• Ensure availability of trucks and allocating of trucks to fit loading plans / deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate trucks efficiently for daily deliveries.
• Optimize routes to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor truck availability and ensure timely dispatch
• Oversee the deployment and delivery process for generators and other heavy-duty equipment.
• Ensure deliveries are executed as per client requirements and timelines.
• Address and resolve any delivery challenges proactively.
• Supervise Trucks drivers and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and provide necessary guidance.
• Enforce company policies and safety protocols.
• Provide real-time updates to clients on delivery status.

• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all transport activities

Requirements

Job Title: Mechanical Assembler Team Lead

Location: Nigeria

Brief Description

• Lead Mechanical Assembler’s team.
• Assemble, install, align, adjust and fit subassemblies and parts or auxiliary equipment using appropriate tools and equipment as per work instructions.

Duties

• Supervise Mechanical Assembler team and provide technical solutions to program execution at a sub-assembly, integration, and test level mechanical support.
• Work closely with Production Planners to resolve schedule conflicts, part shortages and any other issues that may prevent Assembly from achieving schedules.
• Track work-in-process status and updates schedules daily as work is completed.
• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blue print specifications and part lists.
• Perform flow and/or pressure testing of assembly components.
• Perform final assembly of units after final completion of testing and record applicable data as required.
• Work with close tolerances and fits to meet engineering and operating requirements.
• Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials.
• Verify conformance of parts to assembly lists or blue prints before assembly.
• Set and verify parts clearance.
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards and report any quality issue to supervisor.
• Position or align components for assembly manually or using hoist.
• Assemble components by examining connections to correct fit; fastener parts.

Requirements

• High School Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent is a plus.
• 5 – 7 years of proven work experience in mechanical assembly.
• Other certifications in mechanical assembly is a plus.

Job Title: Panel Electrical Assembler

Location: Nigeria

Brief Description

• Assemble assigned products using detailed instructions such as; standard manufacturing procedures, specifications. Perform inspections, stuffing and other mechanical procedures and equipment.
• Operate equipment to assemble and install product to specifications and maintains quality parameters on equipment.

Duties

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematic drawings to determine materials required for control panel and/or electrical equipment assembly on a daily basis.
• Assemble electrical components, systems and support structures to specifications.
• Assemble, wire and test Distribution Board Panels, Automatic Mains Failure (AMF), Automatic Transfer Switches(ATS), Lighting Kiosk, Three Phase Motor Control Panel, Totalizing & Synchronising Panels, Motor Starter, Direct On Line, Star Delta and Low Voltage Panels.
• Assemble electrical external parts such as covers, control panels, panel building etc
• Locate positions for all electrical apparatus, including brackets, cables, switches and wiring per the engineering schematics and mark their location on control panels and/or electrical equipment daily.
• Use marks as a guide and drill or tap holes per quality control standards for electrical apparatus on control panels and/or electrical equipment daily.
• Fabricate electrical apparatus per specifications and quality control standards using callipers, cutters, drills or saws daily.
• Understand the function of and use a broad range of electrical/electronic/mechanical parts and components such as brackets, solder, wire, resistors, diodes, capacitors, relays, transformers, coils, switches, PC boards, etc.
• Install wiring and electrical components to form assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Follow assembly procedures to determine the correct parts and proper assembly methods.
• Verify standards are correct and the product meets required specifications according to blueprints or process instructions.
• Position, align and adjust work pieces and electrical parts to facilitate assembly.
• Secure batteries and the cables (terminals).
• Mount fabricated electrical apparatus to the control panels and/or equipment per specifications and quality control standards daily.
• Test control panels and/or equipment upon completion to ensure they are fully functional daily.
• Troubleshoot control panels and/or equipment if not operating as per engineering schematics daily.
• Make necessary adjustments to the electronic apparatus and test equipment again to ensure the issue has been repaired daily.
• Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe acts, conditions or procedures in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drills at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adhering to Company policies
