Job Summary

• We are hiring two experienced AI Design Owners to join our newly established Data Products team at Coca-Cola HBC.
• These are senior level roles with full accountability for designing impactful AI solutions across key business domains – one focused on Supply Chain, and the other on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Finance.
• As a Design Owner, you will lead the E2E design of AI-powered data products – from discovery and value framing to solution design and adoption.
• You will act as a strategic orchestrator across business, data science, and engineering teams, ensuring that our products are technically sound, user-centric, and business integrated.
• We are looking for tech-savvy leaders with a strong AI foundation – people who can speak the language of machine learning, GenAI, and cloud data platforms, while deeply understanding business challenges and how to solve them.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the full lifecycle of AI products within either Supply Chain or RGM/Finance – from opportunity framing to MVP launch and business scaling.
• Partner with business leaders to shape problem statements, define success metrics, and drive AI product strategy.
• Translate business needs into solution blueprints — defining use cases, data requirements, model logic, user flows, and business integration.
• Lead cross-functional pods of business users, data scientists, engineers, and platform teams through agile discovery and delivery sprints.
• Ensure technical robustness and reusability of solutions while maintaining business relevance and usability.
• Ensure the responsible design of AI solutions, working with AI Governance and Legal teams to meet compliance and ethical standards.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–12+ years of experience in AI product management, digital consulting, advanced analytics, or AI enabled business transformation.
• 2+ years functional expertise in either Supply Chain (e.g. planning, manufacturing, logistics) or RGM/Finance (e.g. pricing, forecasting, commercial finance, audit).
• Strong AI fluency: you understand key concepts across machine learning, generative AI, optimization, and AI agents – and can actively contribute to solution design and feasibility discussions.
• Solid understanding of data architecture and tooling (e.g. data lakes, feature stores, model pipelines, cloud platforms).
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering AI solutions that made it into production and drove business impact.
• Experience working in agile product environments, with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity.

Job Title: Senior Prompt Engineer

Job Summary

• We are hiring two Prompt Engineers to join the Data Products team at Coca-Cola HBC, supporting our growing portfolio of GenAI and AI agent solutions. One role will focus on RTM (Route to Market) and the other on RGM/Finance – each playing a key part in translating business logic into intelligent prompts that drive real outcomes.
• This is a technical and business integrated role, supporting the full AI product lifecycle: from early discovery and prototyping to solution scaling and optimization.
• You’ll work side-by-side with AI Design Owners, data scientists, and platform engineers to design and refine prompts for LLMs and agentic systems, while ensuring they are accurate, business-relevant, and ethically aligned.
• You’ll also need to understand the functional context of your assigned domain (RTM or RGM/Finance) to craft effective prompts and logic that resonate with real user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and optimize high-performance prompts for LLMs and agent frameworks across use cases in Commercial & Finance.
• Collaborate with AI Design Owners & Functional business owners to translate business logic, processes, and KPIs into prompts and intelligent flows.
• Support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), multi-step reasoning, and prompt chaining for agentic solutions and copilots.
• Query and explore structured data (e.g., via Databricks SQL) to enrich prompts with validated, contextual inputs.

• Proven ability to craft and optimize prompts for LLMs, with strong understanding of context windows, chaining, and logic structuring.
• Strong skills in SQL and structured data exploration to support prompt enrichment and output validation.
• Experience working with business users and understanding domain-specific needs – ideally in Commercial, or Finance/FP&A functions.
• Knowledge of data catalogues, ontologies, or metadata layers is a plus.
• Solid grasp of GenAI foundations (e.g., LLM mechanics, hallucination risk, grounding techniques).

Job Title: Regional CDE Specialist- North & North Central Region

Job Description

• The Regional CDE Specialist is responsible for leading collaboration with third-party CDE maintenance teams to ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs, whilst also managing cooler movement in and out of locations and overseeing accurate stock counts.
• Also works closely with CDE, CDO, and Field Sales teams to secure the achievement of Key Business Indicators (KBIs).

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular performance reviews on CDE Governance (Scanning & Data download) with Sales team.
• Complete technical work orders in ERP, Reports list of TBDI CDEs for Disposal RFA initiation.
• Ensure third-party logistics full compliance to CCH warehousing and delivery standards
• Ensure effective cooperation between Field Sales, CDE warehouse and third-party logistics.
• Ensure SLAs compliance and continuous action planning in case they are not met·
• Coordinates the technical disposal process and Controls inter-warehouse movements.
• Resolve every technical issue on connected Coolers.
• Coordinate CDE profitability measurement and manage CDE movement order cycle to ensure they are organized & controlled in accordance with agreed SLAs for improved levels of customer service at optimum cost.
• Monitor CDE inventories on a monthly basis and ensure assets are reconciled with FAR.
• Ensures CDE inventories in all warehouses and depots are properly arranged in accordance with procedures.

Requirements

• University Degree or HND in a Business/IT area
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an FMCG space
• Commercial and Cold Drink Equipment Management Process
• Deep knowledge and Familiarity with SAP, BW and other CCH Apps, as well as report
• modules and processes
• Experience in Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking analysis involving advanced Excel and PowerPoint, especially within CCH NG BU.
• Understanding of in-store execution fundamentals/ strong knowledge of RED.
