We make calls to customers to pay their outstanding debts, Send messages to customers, Guide customers through the payment process, Persuade reluctant customers to make payment promptly, Meet weekly and monthly targets, Give proper and correct report of work.
We build a professional team with experienced collectors for every loan agency, using SMS, calls, emails, various social media platforms to remind and encourage overdue customers to make repayments.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Locations: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Salary
N120,000 / Month.

Job Title: Collection Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities
- Job posting and advertising: Creating job descriptions and posting them on job boards and social media platforms to attract candidates.
- Candidate sourcing: Actively searching for potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and networking events.
- Screening and shortlisting: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates to determine their suitability for the position.
- Coordination: Scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and coordinating the hiring process between candidates and hiring managers.
- Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include paperwork, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years experience.
Salary
N130,000 / Month.

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive, confident, results-driven, with a passion for loan recovery to join our team as a collection officer in Jankara, Ijaiye, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers to follow up on outstanding loan repayments
- Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: OND, NCE, HND, BSc.
- Previous experience in loan recovery is an added advantage
- Must own an Android phone
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
Salary
Other benefits include payment of N30,000 – N100,000 naira base on performance.
