Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
- The ideal candidate will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end web applications
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Develop robust back-end services, APIs, and databases
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding best practices
- Integrate third-party APIs and services
- Manage deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Document technical specifications and system processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Back-end experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or PHP
- Database experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with testing frameworks and automated testing

- The role will ensure the efficient sourcing, production planning, inventory management, and distribution of wellness products while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
- The ideal candidate will support business growth by building a resilient and sustainable supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, production planning, warehousing, and distribution)
- Develop demand forecasting and supply planning strategies aligned with sales and marketing plans
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods
- Oversee inventory levels to minimize stock-outs, expiries, and excess inventory
- Coordinate logistics and distribution to ensure on-time delivery to distributors, retail outlets, and e-commerce customers
- Monitor and manage supply chain costs and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to wellness products

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations management (preferably in wellness, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or health-related industries)
- Proven experience in procurement, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, and ERP systems
- Experience managing vendors, 3PLs, and distribution partners.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Experience in regulated industries (wellness, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or FMCG)
