Job Title: Pen Supervisor
Location:Â Igbariam, Anambra

Job Description
- Oversee feeding, watering, and care of birds in assigned pens.
- Monitor bird health, mortality, and growth.
- Coordinate with veterinary teams for treatment schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of pen activities.
KPIs
- Low bird mortality rates.
- Optimal feed-to-weight conversion ratios.
- Accurate pen records.
Profile
- HND or BSc in Poultry Management or agriculture.
- 2+ years of experience in poultry farm operations.
- Attention to detail and knowledge of poultry health management.
- Specific Skills: Disease monitoring, pen management, and record-keeping.
- Reports: Mortality reports, growth performance logs, and pen activity records.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 monthly.
