Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Location: Nigeria

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will support the HR department in implementing policies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Handle employee relations and promptly address staff concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Provide HR reports to management as required.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job ads across platforms.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG/Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Auditor to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for examining financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and safeguard company assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct internal audits across departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review financial statements, expense reports, and accounting records for accuracy.
- Evaluate internal control systems, identify weaknesses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Assist management in risk management, fraud detection, and operational efficiency improvement.
Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years proven experience as an Auditor, preferably in a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.

- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment by conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing safety policies, training employees on safety protocols, investigating incidents, monitoring compliance, and maintaining accurate safety records. This role plays a key part in fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and review workplace health and safety policies.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective measures.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Requirements

- Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Occupational Health Specialist (COHS), OSHA, or NEBOSH are required.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
