Job Title: Production Planning Manager

Purpose of the Job
- Responsible for ensuring production plan achievement, managing product delivery across the business’s SKU portfolio, and aligning export schedules with forecasts.
- The role focuses on meeting customer service objectives, optimizing product distribution to RDCs, and maintaining production line efficiency.
The Job
- Responsible for weekly and monthly supply and product availability reporting including critical metrics, monthly calls, weekly health tracker and/or risk assessments, and SKU exceptions.
- Understand the overall market demand and transform these requirements into a feasible Production Plan that satisfies customer needs.
- Maintain planning parameters to deliver a robust and achievable supply network plan.
- Continuously review and understand demand signals in the planning horizon and respond appropriately to changes in demand.
- Assess and evaluate the impact of production batch sizes, cycle frequency, shipment MOQ, and plant finished goods inventory levels, to drive optimum market stock availability.
- Address any supply disruption or conflict situation through consensus solution or recommendation.
- Work collaboratively with site team leaders, market DRP´s, and production schedulers to deliver market requirements.
- Connect with Production and Materials Scheduling to ensure effective supply plans and drive further manufacturing efficiencies.
- Conduct root cause analysis of multiple information streams as part of codification.
Qualifications / Experience
- B.Sc / HND in Business, Operation Management, or any related discipline.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 5 years of experience in planning or production environment (Production planning/scheduling, production systems/management, materials planning).
- Relevant Certification is an added advantage.

Job Title: Assistant Operator
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose
- To optimally extract oil from prepared soybean material with good quality and productivity.
The Job
- Periodically inspect the feed hopper to ensure free flow of the cake on the bed through the sight glass on the extractor and to ensure that reasonable material seal of the extractor.
- Takes dip of all solvent underground tanks at resumption and shift end, and reports same to supervisor on duty
- Periodically inspect the flowrate of Miscellany and the hexane pump
- Periodically check the level of the full miscella compartment
- Records indicator reading test results from the quality control
- Cleaning the equipment and environment
- Assist in the routine maintenance of the plant

- NABTEB/Trade test/WAEC.

Job Title: Marketing & Sales Officer

Purpose
- Responsible for collation, Analysis and interpretation of sales data from diverse sources to elevate business performance, sales and customer trends as well as market information.
The Job
- Develop and update a comprehensive B2B Corporate/Trade customers database for the PEOPL.

Experience:
- 1 year experience in FMCG company.

Job Title: Internal Control Supervisor
Location: Nigeria
Job Purpose
- Ensure that internal control processes are effectively monitored to minimize losses/wastages.
The Job
- Ensure that local goods/materials purchased by either staff or suppliers of FMN are checked before such items are used and paid for by the company.
- Check and ensure that invoiced products (Cement/Wheat products) agree with the gate pass and weighbridge dockets and maintain a register for all load-outs.
