Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement efficient production processes for structural work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost analyses, and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

- Create reports detailing maintenance activity to senior management
