Job Title: Head, Consolidation & Reporting

The Role

• We are seeking an experienced Head of Consolidation & Reporting  to join our finance leadership team.
• This role will be instrumental in leading our group consolidation function, ensuring accurate financial reporting across our global entities, and supporting our growth trajectory with robust financial controls and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end group consolidation process for Flutterwave’s global entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP,  international accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement consolidation policies, procedures, and tools to streamline the financial consolidation process across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with regional finance teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information for consolidation purposes
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and related disclosures
• Lead the coordination with external auditors during annual audits and quarterly reviews of consolidated financial statements
• Manage a team of consolidation professionals, providing mentorship and technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of the consolidation process
• Collaborate with tax, treasury, and FP&A teams to ensure alignment on group-wide financial matters
• Support M&A activities by providing consolidation expertise during due diligence and post-merger integration.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in US GAAP & IFRS, with strong understanding of consolidation accounting principles
• Experience working with multinational organizations and managing consolidation across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of financial services/fintech industry regulations and reporting requirements
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience with major ERP systems and consolidation tools
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in financial services/ fintech or payments company
• Preferred knowledge of African financial markets and regulatory environment
• Experience with system implementations and process transformation initiatives
• Background in a Big 4 accounting firm
• Experience working in a high-growth, global organization.

Job Title: Treasurer

Job Summary

• The Treasurer, Africa will develop and execute Flutterwave’s treasury strategy, manage financial risk, and optimize capital and liquidity.
• This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, significant leadership experience, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• The Treasurer will play a crucial role in ensuring Flutterwave’s financial stability and efficiency in the global financial landscape.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution:

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a comprehensive treasury strategy aligned with Flutterwave’s overall business objectives.
• Lead the development and scaling of a treasury function, managing cash, investments, and liquidity across all major positions.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to maximize profitability and manage risk, in collaboration with senior management.
• Work closely with the expansion team for banking partnerships and financial infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze global economic and financial market developments and their potential impact on treasury operations.

Financial Risk Management:

• Establish and maintain robust financial risk management frameworks and policies (including FX, interest rate, and liquidity risks).
• Oversee the monitoring and management of financial exposure, including hedging strategies, to mitigate potential losses.
• Develop and implement hedging strategies.
• Support the implementation of a comprehensive risk management policy to cover financial and liquidity risks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Treasury Operations:

• Oversee the execution of treasury transactions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other counterparties.
• Optimize treasury processes and systems to enhance performance.
• Analyze treasury performance and generate reports to improve profitability.
• Structure treasury deals for large merchants, including servicing our concierge merchants.

Capital & Liquidity Optimization:

• Develop and maintain pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze and report on treasury performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support the CFO in capital planning, fundraising, and investment decisions.
• Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for excess cash in low-risk instruments.
• Contribute to capital structure optimization and funding strategy (e.g. CP issuances, term loans, equity injections)
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, product, and technology teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, regulators, and industry associations.
• Present to senior management on treasury performance and strategy.
• Establish strong working partnerships externally with key banking partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure continuous and effective engagement of relevant stakeholders in achieving operational efficiency and financial growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACT, ACA, CFA, FRM, CTP) preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in treasury or financial management, with a developed network of financial partners.
• Experience & understanding of international payments, banking systems, Crypto and Defi workflow platforms.
• Good understanding of emerging markets and G10 financial operations and local regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and relevant treasury tools.
• Experience or familiarity with all or some of Emerging Markets, FX, and remittances.
• Excellent financial analytical, strategic planning and execution skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet set deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Work goal-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.

Job Title: Manager, Pricing

Summary

• We’re seeking a strategic Pricing Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will develop and optimize pricing strategies, models, and initiatives that maximize revenue, improve profitability, and support business growth.
• You’ll also work very closely with our revenue operations and other internal teams to drive revenue optimization across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pricing frameworks, models, and strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning
• Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research to identify opportunities for pricing optimization
• Collaborate with product management to establish pricing for new product launches and features
• Analyze customer segments, willingness to pay, and elasticity to inform tier and package design

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience building pricing models and conducting financial analysis
• Knowledge of pricing psychology, value-based pricing methodologies, and revenue optimization techniques
• Experience with pricing software platforms (e.g., Zuora, Vendr, Apptio, or equivalent)
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication abilities with capacity to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations
• Attention to detail and strong business acumen.
