Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any other related courses
  • The Candidate must be a self starter and must have led audit team.
  • The candidate must possess at least 3 years experience in audit and assurance in an audit firm.
  • A chartered member of ICAN will be an added advantage
  • A knowledge of Audit application Software will be an added advantage
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Good Communication skills (written and oral)
  • Ability to work under pressure and with little supervision.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s Degree and professional certifications in Radio management or a related field would also be an advantage.
  • Previous experience in radio station management or a similar leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving audience growth, revenue generation and operational excellence with over five years industry experience.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients, staff and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the radio broadcasting industry, including programming trends, advertising sales strategies and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with budget management and financial analysis plus strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience with digital media and social media platforms and familiarity with radio automation systems and software.
