Job Title: Medical Doctor

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Summary

  • We are looking for dedicated medical professionals who share our vision and are eager to make a difference in both healthcare and business operations.
  • As a Doctor at Gidimedics, you will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Consultation & Diagnosis:

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose medical conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.

Medical Treatment & Care:

  • Administer treatments, prescribe medications, and perform necessary procedures, ensuring adherence to best clinical practices and patient safety protocols.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals—including nurses, technicians, and administrative staff—to coordinate comprehensive care for patients. Provide clear communication regarding patient status and care plans.

Record Keeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, document treatment progress, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest medical research, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our healthcare services.

Qualifications
Medical Degree & Certification:

  • Must hold a valid medical degree and be fully licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience is preferred, with a strong background in patient care and treatment management.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Job Title: Caregiver & Home Health Aide

Job Summary

  • We seek compassionate Caregivers & Home Health Aides to provide personalized, hands-on assistance to our patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal Care: Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Medication Reminders: Help ensure patients take medications on time, following prescribed schedules.
  • Vital Signs & Basic Monitoring: Check and record temperature, pulse, respiration, and other vital indicators; report any concerns to medical supervisors.
  • Housekeeping Assistance: Maintain a clean and safe living environment, performing light housekeeping tasks and laundry as needed.
  • Patient Mobility: Aid with transfers, walking, and exercise routines to ensure patient safety and promote mobility.

  • CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certificate or any relevant healthcare certification.
  • Experience working with elderly or chronic disease patients.
  • Valid driver’s license if driving between patients’ homes is required.

  • Physical capability to assist patients with mobility and transfers.
