- The Activations Supervisor will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier experiential marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
Job Duties
- Plan, execute, and oversee brand activations and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Supervise activation teams, including brand ambassadors and field staff, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and deployment schedules for all activations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, brand guidelines, and company standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
- Analyze activation success metrics and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Optimize budget utilization to maximize activation impact and ROI.

Job Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in brand activations, field marketing, or experiential marketing.
- Previous experience in an experiential marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements
- B.Sc in Business Administration or Marketing or any related course
- At least 5 years experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record.

- Implement new methodology controls of PPM.
- Prepare timely budgets and reports on projects and advise the management
- Analyzed market trends and accordingly develop plans to increasing brand awareness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the telecoms industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
- PMP or any related field certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, technical operations, and business development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
