Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description 

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ability to make use software and IT infrastructure. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
• Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant staff, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes

Duties

• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks
• Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 years work experience.
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be familiar with how to use any project management software
• Problem-solving and leadership skills
• Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
• Training certification in Project management qualification (PMQ), or equivalent experience as a project manager
• Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Conflict resolution experience.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a Product / UI / UX Designer / to join our team.
• As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of a team designing our online creation tools that help create advertising content for our business.
• As Product Designer you will work in the product development team and create new designs for performance off-road accessories.

Responsibilities

• Developing product design concepts from client requirements
• Confirming product design specifications
• Preparing design specifications through sketches
• Troubleshooting any design problems that may arise during the design process needed
• Brainstorm and communicate new design concepts, solutions to relevant team members.
• Suggest improvements to current product while keeping current with competitive product offerings and relevant technologies.
• Develop renderings and presentations for management reviews and cross functional teams.
• Develop surface data for new products with engineering and manufacturing input.
• Work within defined program milestones and manage project status.

• Approach design challenges holistically, considering all parts of the experience including UI/UX, business
• Iterate on existing products and features to ensure that we are delivering simple industry-leading user experience
• Work with Product and software Engineering to build intuitive, elegant solutions.
• Partner with product to conduct research to help inform the customer experience
• Deeply understand the needs of a diverse user base consisting of consumers, merchants, and business partners.
• Drive alignment and decisions by working collaboratively with and presenting designs to leadership and cross functional teams including product, engineering, customer success, and marketing.
• Mentor junior designers.

What you’ll do:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts
• Work closely with a product manager and engineering lead
• Understand of customer problems in order to build our roadmaps
• Develop and maintain the user experience we should provide our users
• Unpack complex user issues by working with the UX researcher
• Create specific documents to guide UX strategy.

Job Title: Digital Content Creator and Social Media Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement
• Analysing the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan
• Creating captivating content for an organisation’s social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content
• Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies
• Developing monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams
• Developing and overseeing competitions and campaigns to draw attention to our brand
• Setting measurable goals for campaigns, measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI)
• Monitoring and responding to customer feedback, comments and social media posts
• Managing a social media team and guiding junior members
• Liaising with other departments and creatives to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy

• Working with the wider OOB team on the strategic planning of multi channel social media campaigns, in line with wider marketing team tasks and objectives.
• Creating day to day content for clients using Canva or Sketch, as well as video editing.
• Plan and optimise engaging content calendars for each client, reviewing their effectiveness and identifying opportunities to drive deeper engagement with audiences.
• Setup and manage effective reporting processes on social media and campaign activity, whilst providing recommendations to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Upholding our clients’ tone of voice, messaging styles, and design guidelines across all communications to ensure content is on brand.
• Devising and managing influencer campaigns when required, proven experience with influencer engagement preferred.
• Develop and implement the brand’s paid and organic social media strategies with the aim of:
  • Driving new traffic through our acquisition funnel

You Must be Able to
