Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Job Summary

  • The Contact Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • The agent serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience while supporting the company’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and technical support.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Process service requests, billing inquiries, and account modifications as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company offerings, policies, and procedures.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree.
  • One year Prior experience in a contact center, customer service, or telecommunications industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Salary
N112,000 per month.

Job Title: Financial Account Officer (Supervisor)

Purpose of the Job (Brief)

  • To ensure the daily posting and reconciliation of all Billing transactions and revenue. Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

Expected Key Results (Detailed KPIs)
Key Activities:

  • Company Account Operations (Revenue): Perform company accounting operations such as amortization of invoices, accruals for unbilled, suspense accounts, and revenue recognition. This includes daily posting and amortization of invoices and credit notes into the accounting system.
  • RevenueTrend Analysis: Perform monthly revenue trend analysis and review. This includes a comparison of financial information from different

  • Business Analytics and Financial Information: Preparation of financial reports and schedules, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities as per company standards

Annual Audit and Other Internal Control Mechanisms:

  • Assist in financial audit and implementation of audit recommendations.
  • This includes internal control assessments and recommendations.

Completeness and Accuracy of Financial Transactions:

  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial transactions such as invoices, credit notes, receipts, subscriptions, CDRs, and Bank reconciliation in a timely manner.
  • Submission of monthly account reports for Billing to the Company accountant.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Lead and manage L1/L2/L3 NOC engineers and shift teams
  • Ensure proactive monitoring, fault detection, escalation, and resolution
  • Drive incident, problem, and change management using ITIL practices
  • Track and improve key metrics including uptime, MTTD, MTTR, and SLA compliance
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, upgrades, and configuration changes
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for major network incidents
  • Oversee network performance reporting and operational dashboards
  • Champion automation and continuous improvement in NOC processes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field
  • 7+ years’ experience in Network Operations / ISP / Service Provider environments
  • 3+ years in a leadership role managing a 24/7 NOC team
  • Strong knowledge of IP networks (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), fiber, GPON, and wireless
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds, Cacti)
  • CCNP and ITIL certifications (preferred); PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and incident leadership skills.
