Job Brief
- The VP, Growth & Partnerships will spearhead user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for our B2B and B2C products. As a critical member of the leadership team, this role encompasses the development and execution of end-to-end growth strategies-spanning acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- The VP will lead all commercial activities, focusing on new opportunities and markets while achieving customer acquisition, revenue, and strategic business goals.
- Working closely with product, engineering, teams, the VP will build, measure, and optimize growth efforts.
- This position will also drive innovative partnerships, market expansion, and strategic collaborations, ensuring measurable outcomes that strengthen our ecosystem and market leadership
Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management:
- Establish Strategic Alliances: Forge collaborations with local and international technology providers and businesses across key industries such as hospitality, logistics, healthcare, insurance, and entertainment to diversify and enhance product offerings.
- Sustain Relationships: Develop and maintain meaningful, long-term partnerships with top vendors and partners to support business growth opportunities.
- Negotiate Agreements: Drive favorable terms and agreements aligned with product objectives, ensuring value delivery for users.
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion:
- Innovative Solutions: Design optimized, diverse service packages to drive user acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Market Penetration: Identify emerging markets and anticipate industry shifts to create strategies for expanded market engagement and penetration.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer feedback and user data to identify growth opportunities and inform actionable strategies.
Product & Business Alignment:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and strategy & transformation teams to prioritize features and innovations that fuel growth.
- Customer-Centric Insights: Develop a profound understanding of target customer segments and the competitive landscape to influence product and marketing decisions.
Leadership & Advocacy:
- Team Development: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Growth and Partnerships team with a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a trusted ambassador forpromoting the brands as innovative and reliable fintech leaders.
Metrics & Performance Optimization:
- Impact Assessment: Track partnership and growth success through metrics such as user satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize customer journeys and growth processes across all stages, from acquisition to loyalty.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Master’s Degree in Business administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or related fields Minimum 12 years in an IT Operating environment with hands on experience Sales, Business Development, Partnership and executive management and at least 6 years in senior management positions.
- Experience in the Fintech industry.
- Core strength and verifiable experience in scaling startups
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Certification in Sales, Business Process and Business Development.
- Membership of professional management associations will be an added advantage.

Job Description
- This position is responsible for the delivery of all projects and excellent service delivery to all the company support customers within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- You are ultimately responsible for achieving ITH Holdings, its subsidiaries and related entities goals of delivering quality projects and maintaining a consistence satisfactory experience with all support customers.
- This will entail ensuring projects are delivered to time, on cost and quality for all ITH Holdings present and future customers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the company chosen project methodology is abided by.
- You will give accounts on project cost, ensuring profitability.
- You are also responsible for quality service and gives updates when required on status of project assigned. You will also take leadership in project that includes both internal and external resource.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the tracking, development, and implementation of innovations in Project Management, Service delivery and Quality Assurance
- Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
- Coordinates project activities of and external vendors to ensure services delivered consistently meet customers’ expectation.
- Measure progress of work against weekly target, work/project scope and deliverables
- Ensures the delivery of services to customers within the agreed scope of work and timeline.
- Provide accurate documentation of project and services delivered to customers on the departmental online repository.
- Liaises with sub-contractors and 3rd party service providers on the strict guidelines given to them to meet customer expectations
- Develops full-scale project execution plans and related communication documents
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, cost and time committed to customer.
- Reviews and tracks progress against revenue and targets; analyze sales/revenue reports; recommend and propose changes to existing plans and operating budgets; implementing approved changes
- Works closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through proper communications to ensure client expectations are met.
- Proactively works with the Finance Department to ensure all payments are collected within the agreed timelines as per the credit terms the customer has with the company
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations for the Executive leadership
- Trains, motivates, and supervises project team members and sub-contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned tasks.

- The role officer oversees negotiating pricing and terms of orders and projects with vendors, distributors and OEM. He/she maintains and foster relationships with vendors, distributors and OEMs. past.
- He/she engages the project team for solution orders providing them weekly updates and engages the Bid desk/Account officer for consumables orders and provide them with up to date updates.
- He/she manages the project team and other internal and external stakeholders when there are issues with existing orders.
- The role owner engages vendors and distributor for real-time updates on orders and provide the related team with same.
- The role ensures vendor onboarding for all new vendors, planned vendor performance assessment for new and existing vendors and off boarding for exiting vendors.
- The role processes payment for vendors based on agreed terms and follow up with the finance team for prompt payment. engages vendors and distributors for order pricing, ensure fair biding and send analysis to the CFO for order approval.
- This role owner is responsible for pick-up and in charge of delivery of orders to the office building.
- The Supply chain officer is responsible for review and update of all departmental documents which is sent for approval to the necessary authority.
- The role owner is responsible for posting of transaction on the accounting software, carrying out operational duties e.g APGs/Performance Bonds etc and registering the organization’s certifications and performing tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Description
- Processing, negotiation and placing of Orders
- Internal team (project and bid desk/account Officer) management.
- Vendor relationship and engagement
- Procurement of Orders – Placing of all orders, Solution and Consumables
- Pricing and Negotiation of orders – Negotiation with Vendors and OEM on pricing and payment terms for orders
- Follow and update on status of orders – Real time follow-up with vendors and OEM on status and updates of orders
- Pick-up and delivery of available orders – Ensure pick up and delivery of all orders to the office building, also inspection of delivered goods to ensure specification match with item ordered
- Vendor Engagement – Engagement of vendors and OEM account manager to foster relationship and to enable smooth communication between IT Horizons and the vendor
- Weekly update and reports on ongoing orders and projects to the Sales and Project team – Ensure weekly updates to the project team for solution orders and the account officer / bid desk officer for consumables orders
- Profit, Price and Cost analysis for approval of orders -Computation of necessary analysis and recommendations and seeking approval from the CFO
- Ensure prompt payment of vendors – Regularly prompt the finance team to ensure prompt vendor payments.

- 3 years of experience.
