Job Title: Revenue Assurance Officer (Graduate Entry)

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Revenue Assurance Officer (Graduate Entry) supports the finance and operations teams in ensuring that all company revenues are accurately captured, reported, and safeguarded.
  • The role involves daily reconciliation of sales data, verification of POS and cash collections, identification of revenue leakages, and ensuring compliance with internal control processes across outlets or sales points.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily sales transactions across outlets, POS terminals, and other payment channels to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile cash, POS, and online transactions against bank deposits and accounting system records.
  • Assist in identifying, tracking, and resolving revenue discrepancies or leakages.
  • Review and validate discounts, refunds, and promotional sales to ensure proper authorization and recording.
  • Support monthly revenue analysis and performance reports for management review.
  • Liaise with outlet managers, finance, and audit teams to ensure timely resolution of variances.
  • Ensure that all sales and revenue documents are properly filed and stored for audit purposes.
  • Assist in implementing internal control measures to strengthen revenue collection processes.
  • Participate in periodic stock and cash counts to validate reported figures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency in revenue assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ordinary, Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 0 – 2 years of relevant work experience (internship or NYSC experience in finance, accounting, or retail audit is an advantage).
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and internal control principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Tally).
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Job Title: Cost / Inventory Accountant

Location: Lagos (Factory/Head Office + Outlet Support)
Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Finance Manager / Head, Accounts

Job Summary

  • The Cost & Inventory Accountant is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting cost and inventory movements across production, central kitchen/ bakery, warehouse, and outlets.
  • This role ensures accurate recording of raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and wastage, while supporting cost control initiatives and ensuring compliance with internal processes for a fast-moving confectionery and QSR operation.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & Reporting:

  • Track inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products across factory, warehouse, and outlets.
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly) and reconcile variances with store, production, and outlet teams.
  • Monitor and report daily product dispatches, returns, spoilages, and transfers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.

Cost Accounting & Analysis:

  • Maintain cost sheets and update standard recipes/BOMs for all menu items.
  • Track production yield, ingredient usage, and variances vs standard recipes.
  • Analyze production cost, labor cost, and overhead absorption to determine accurate unit costs.
  • Monitor wastage, over-portioning, shrinkage, and recommend cost-saving measures.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory & cost reports for management.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities relating to stock valuation and COGS.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate cost/inventory data.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene standards, and financial controls.

Operational Collaboration:

  • Work closely with production, supply chain, procurement, finance, and outlet teams.
  • Support procurement with price monitoring and supplier cost analysis.
  • Train outlet/store staff on documentation, stock controls, and inventory systems.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
  • 2 – 4 years relevant experience in QSR, bakery/confectionery, FMCG, manufacturing, or retail environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with POS, ERP, inventory or accounting software.
  • Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA) is an advantage.

Job Title: Customer Service Officer & Cashier

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Reports To: Outlet Supervisor or Outlet Manager

Job Description

  • To provide excellent customer service by attending to guests courteously, processing orders accurately, handling cash transactions efficiently, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s standards.

Responsibilities
Customer Service:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in making product selections.
  • Provide detailed product information, including flavors, ingredients, and promotions.
  • Ensure fast, friendly, and professional service at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints or feedback courteously and escalate unresolved issues to the Outlet Manager.
  • Maintain a positive, cheerful attitude that enhances the guest experience.

Cashiering & Sales Transactions:

  • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, refunds, and discounts.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately and securely.
  • Reconcile cash drawers at the start and end of each shift.
  • Issue receipts, process refunds, and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Ensure daily cash deposits are properly recorded and handed over according to company policy.

Order & Product Handling:

  • Take and confirm orders correctly to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with the production/kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Package bakery, pastry, or ice cream items neatly and in line with brand presentation standards.
  • Monitor product display, restock shelves, and ensure items are attractively presented and labeled.

Cleanliness & Store Appearance

  • Keep the counter, display area, and dining space clean and organized.
  • Follow food handling and hygiene standards in all customer-facing activities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout the day.

Recordkeeping & Reporting:

  • Maintain daily sales and transaction records.
  • Report low stock levels, POS issues, or customer trends to the Outlet Supervisor.
  • Support in inventory counts and product movement tracking as needed.

Requirements

  • SSCE / OND / HND in any field (Hospitality or Business-related discipline preferred).
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience in a customer service or cashier role within a confectionery, bakery, or QSR environment.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and cash handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and digital payment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • To oversee the day-to-day operations of the confectionery/QSR outlet, ensuring excellent customer experience, operational efficiency, adherence to brand standards, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient running.
  • Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation according to brand standards.
  • Oversee food preparation, inventory management, and store hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.

Job Purpose

  • To manage and supervise daily production of bakery, pastry, and ice cream products, ensuring consistent product quality, adherence to recipes and hygiene standards, and achievement of production targets in line with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Operations:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily production across bakery, pastry, and ice cream lines.
  • Ensure all products are prepared in accordance with approved recipes, portion sizes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan production schedules based on demand forecasts and outlet supply needs.
  • Monitor baking, mixing, freezing, and finishing processes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, freezers, and depositor machines.

Quality & Hygiene Control:

  • Enforce strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards within all production areas.
