Job Title: Key Sales Account Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Key Sales Account Manager (Fiber-to-the-home) is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
  • He/she will need a high level of an innovative and eager mind in order to research, propose, and sell services and respond effectively to clients’ queries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  • Develop, penetrate and maintain relationships with key decision makers at existing key accounts through regular planned contact
  • Meet and exceed yearly sales target.
  • Develop a solid understanding of all unique purchasing/sourcing processes, procedures and decision criteria to formulate a strategic account penetration plan detailing the actions necessary to effectively and profitably close orders with each account.
  • Analyze customer needs and identify product solutions to fit needs, desires and budget.
  • Search for new clients and create database of prospects that will benefit from company products or services and maximize customer potential in designated regions.
  • Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
  • Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs;
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs;
  • Administer client accounts;
  • Analyzing costs and sales
  • Record and maintain client contact data
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.

Qualifications

  • University Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Computer / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Computer Science is required.
  • 3 – 5 years field sales and account management professional experience with an ICT Solutions Provider.
  • Relevant experience in sale of IT services with knowledge of solutions from Juniper Networks, Blue Coat, F5, Cisco and VMware will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Summary

  • The Network Engineer will also be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities required to fulfil and support network services to enterprise customers.
  • These include the management of existing and development of new network infrastructure systems, as well as managing system and network administration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hands-on engineering level support on switching and routing technologies such as BGP, OSPF, MPLS/VPLS, spanning tree protocols e.g.; MSTP, RSTP, 802.1x, 802.11, 802.16, VPN, DMVPN, SDN, VRRP/HSRP, WAN Acceleration, QoS, VoIP, VTC, cloud, Automation and similar network technologies.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network communications failures and bottlenecks.
  • Ability to analyze system logs, identifying potential issues and troubleshooting any reported network problems
  • Switching tasks include VTP, ISL/ 802.1q, IPSec and GRE Tunneling, VLANs, Ether Channel, Trunking, Port Security, STP and RSTP.
  • Configuration of LAN / WAN / WLAN links using VSI / L2VC, for MPLS L2VPN will be required to be available for on-call duties on a need basis.
  • Understands and assist in technical strategies in the design, configuration and maintenance of LAN, WAN and wireless networks to ensure the stability, integrity and operational effectiveness and efficiency of network services.
  • Participates in the design and configuration of internal and/or external networks as required for assigned projects.
  • Supervise IP/MPLS services’ implementation covering the installations, testing & handover.
  • Proactively perform corrective maintenance for IP/MPLS network.
  • Develop automation and other internal systems and tools to assist in the care and feeding of the IP/MPLS network and integration activities.
  • Responsible for network planning, configuration, and implementation.
  • Design and develop routing topology for Core /Access/Metro/Edge network infrastructures and for converged data & communications services and their successful integration.
  • Drive Digital Transformation Agenda using Cloud, Security, Big-Data, IOT, SDN, SDS, SDWAN, and SDWAN
  • Responding to RFQ & preparing proposals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or related field or its equivalent.
  • 4 – 5 years relevant experience in troubleshooting and managing IP networks.
  • CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), JNCIA (Juniper Networks Certified Associate – Junos) certification is required.
  • Hands on experience in Cisco, Juniper, Fortigate, Bluecoat is required.
  • A thorough understanding of network technology and protocols.
  • Operating systems knowledge.
  • Advanced knowledge in cabling structured network.
  • Possess high level interpersonal communication skills.

Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

  • The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and testing the cloud infrastructure services components comprising the cloud infrastructure as well as providing level 3 support.

  • The Individual should have relevant and current VMware experience with vSphere, vCloud Director, NSX and vRealize Operations.
  • A strong understanding of IT automation, management, orchestration and cloud management platform capabilities driving IaaS, SaaS and PaaS is a plus.
  • Proven experience (4 to 5 years) in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Virtuozzo virtualization and storage solutions is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Linux system administration (CentOS, Ubuntu, RHEL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Vmware, AWS, Azure, or OpenStack.
  • Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar.
