Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration,Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MSc in HR/Management) and/ora relevant professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-SCP, SPHRi) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 5years in a senior leadership role (Head of HR/P&C, Director level) within the Microfinance orFinancial Services sector in Nigeria.

- Proven track record indeveloping and executingHR strategies across alarge, decentralized, andmulti-branch network.
- Demonstrable experiencein driving significantcultural transformationand change managementinitiatives.
