Job Description
- We are looking for an insurance sales Managers to be responsible for managing policy sales, sales processes, coordination of team on marketing scope and strategy, monitoring sales goals and objectives supervising advertising and presentation of products and services, Training team on product and services and development of formidable team
Responsibilities
- Setting sales objectives servicing.
- Providing sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Contributing to meeting sales targets

Requirements
- Education: HND, B.Sc Degree and it equivalent with a minimum of 10 years experience.
- Previous insurance experience
- Previous banking experience
- Previous sales, marketing and customer relationship experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent interpersonal skill
- Must be pationate of providing support and motivate
- Must be goal-driven and result oriented.
