Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site Researcher role located in Abuja. The researcher will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- The researcher will also assist in designing research studies and producing reports and white papers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Social Sciences, or Statistics
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with experience in developing hypotheses, designing research studies, and analyzing data
- High level of proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools such as Python and R
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research techniques, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and experiments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting research results to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple research projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with research ethics and data privacy regulations
- Experience working in a research setting, either in an academic or industry context.

Job Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Data Analyst located in Abuja. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, inform business decisions, and improve overall performance.
- Additionally, the Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the organization’s data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and/or data visualization
- Expertise in at least one data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis is a plus
- Experience with ETL processes and tools such as Apache Hadoop, Spark, or Hive is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Cloud technologies, Microservices, and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
