Role Description
- This full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will play a critical role in providing high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
- The position is a strategic position that involves tasks such as Representing the CEO at meetings, managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating diary management, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and offering general administrative assistance. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance in supporting C-level executives.
- Demonstrated skills in Executive Support and ensuring the CEO’s professional priorities are met efficiently.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong Diary Management skills for efficient calendar coordination and scheduling.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intellectual, Charismatic and Eloquent
- Proficiency in office software and tools.
