Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Nigeria

Description 

  • We are hiring for an inventory officer with strong accuracy in inventory management and a passion for smooth operations to manage our Central Medical Store, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of medical supplies.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee the proper receiving, storage, and distribution of supplies.
  • Reconcile inventory through regular audits and reports.
  • Support seamless procurement and replenishment processes.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with inventory protocols

We’re Looking for

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in inventory or store management.
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

Job Title: Project & Sales Support Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

  • The Project & Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in onboarding new business partners and driving project success.
  • You’ll work closely with our sales, implementation, and compliance teams to ensure our projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities for new pharmacy locations.
  • Develop onboarding documents, checklists, and timelines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for business discovery and alignment.

  • Prepare business documents, project plans, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized system.

You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s or certification in Project Management is a plus).

  • Proficiency in project and documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
