Job Title: Senior Digital Analyst
Location: Bonny, Rivers
Employment Type: Contract
Responsibilities Include but not Limited to the Following
- Analyze Digital Operations Data: Track and analyze data from digital tools used in engineering workflows, project management platforms, and operational dashboards.
- Project Performance Insights: Provide data-driven insights on project timelines, resource utilization, cost efficiency, and productivity metrics.
- Support Digital Transformation: Drive adoption and optimization of digital tools and platforms across engineering, procurement, and maintenance functions.
- Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create real-time reporting systems for engineering and executive teams to monitor KPIs, compliance, and risk indicators.
- Enhance Data Collection Systems: Ensure proper setup of data tracking across engineering software (e.g., BIM, ERP, CMMS) to support business intelligence.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with engineering, IT, and operations teams to improve data quality, automate reporting, and solve system inefficiencies.
- Identify Optimization Opportunities: Recommend improvements in digital processes, workflows, and system integrations to boost overall performance.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. degree in relevant discipline, preferably in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Science disciplines with at least 7 years’ experience in a similar or related position
- Familiarity with Scrum and agile practices; Ability to adapt to changing business priorities; Solid coding skills in Python, R, or Scala
- Experience with common Python data science libraries, Mat lab, R, PowerBI, Alteryx, Web Apps
- Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Ability to apply Machine Learning, Optimization, Deep Learning, or Big Data techniques to solve real-world problems
- Ability to conduct independent quantitative research.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Risk Assessment and Safety Inspections: Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and assess risks in the workplace.
