Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
Job Objective
- The Quality Assurance Analyst ensures the highest standards of product quality and reliability through rigorous testing and analysis.
- The objective of this role is to identify defects, improve testing processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Participate in team meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Track and manage defects using tracking tools (Monday)
- Work closely with software developers and Product managers to understand system requirements.
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Appraise clients’ requirements and make sure they are satisfied
- Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
- Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data
- Prepare quality reports and keep record of test progress, test results, statistical reviews and other relevant metrics.
- Participate in QA process reviews and contribute to the development of QA standards and procedures.
- Ensure all legal standards are met
Qualifications
- 2 years work-experience as a quality assurance analyst or relevant role
- Bachelor’s Degree / HND
Skills and Competencies:

- A thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standard
- An excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Proficiency in using test management software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Outstanding communication skills
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good team player

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: NigeriaÂ

Responsibilities
What a typical day would be like:
- Identify opportunities in international target markets for NerdBug’s products and services.
- Generate leads through several means e.g cold calling prospective clients, pitching to our desired target audiences, attending strategic events and other value-adding activities.
- Provide training, coaching and professional development to the sales team.
- Assist sales team members to build quality relationships with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, product etc to offer customer support.
- Develop strategies for increasing market share.
- Generate reports and data for sales analysis.
- Handle escalated client objections and concerns to support other members of the sales team.
- Create sales goals and implement initiatives to increase sales.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide leadership to the team and support customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Share insightful feedback with the growth team based on customer interactions.
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role and previous experience as a Senior Business Development Manager in a related industry.
- Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, including ProWorkflow and SalesForce.
- Ability to research sales leads, present proposals, and negotiate deals.
- Experience in a tech company or fast-paced organization with a result driven mindset is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
