• Proficient in the complete process of land registration and land certificate application in Nigeria (especially in Ogun State and Lagos), able to conduct both online and offline procedures, follow up and resolve related matters; familiarity with officials at the Ogun State Surveyor-General’s Office is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about procedures and legal regulations concerning the establishment and operation of industrial parks, ensuring company operations remain compliant.
• Familiar with application processes for design and construction permits.
• Experienced in the process of selling land to investors, including preparation of relevant contracts and supporting documentation.
