Ltd, formed to manufacture and distribute instant noodles and other packaged food products across Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa.The partnership combined Olam’s extensive distribution network in Africa with Sanyo Foods’ expertise in noodle technology and manufacturing.The company was a significant player in the Nigerian instant noodles market, known for its “Cherie” brand, which included products .

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Electrical Technician

Location: Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

  • Installation & Assembly: Install, assemble, and test electrical wiring, control systems, panels, and equipment.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and corrective repairs on electrical systems and machinery.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix malfunctioning equipment using specialized tools like voltmeters, ammeters, and thermal scanners.
  • Documentation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety standards and electrical codes,inspecting components like transformers and breakers.
  • Calibration: Calibrate instruments and systems for optimal performance.
  • Reporting: Log services, report progress, and communicate repair timelines.

Qualiications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Eng Degree with 3 – 5 years work experience.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.

Job Description

  • Manufacturing: Slitting Operator, Lamination Operator, Nylon Cutter Operator, Extruder Operator.
  • Printing: Printing Machine Operator (Flexo, Gravo).
  • Industrial/Heavy Equipment: Crane Operator, Forklift Operator, Plant Operator(power/chemical).
  • Specialized: CNC Operator, Injection Molding Machine Operator, Blister Machine Operator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operation: Setting up, running, and monitoring machinery to produce goods.
  • Maintenance: Performing routine checks, cleaning, basic repairs, and reporting faults.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products for defects.
  • Safety: Adhering to strict health, safety, and operational procedures.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, deliveries, and maintenance.

  • Safety Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
  • Transportation: Drive safely and efficiently, following routes and schedules.
