Job Description
- We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our Agency Banking Division.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving financial inclusion, expanding our agent network, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the bank’s digital transformation and growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for agency banking to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
- Work with all stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the Agent Banking and Financial Inclusion strategies of the Bank
- Regularly review agency banking operations against regulatory standards, the Bank standards, agent contracts, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements
- Lead initiatives to improve agent performance, customer experience, and transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and innovative channel offerings.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Drive partnerships with fintechs, aggregators, and other stakeholders to enhance distribution reach.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management and regulators.
Requirements
Education/Qualification:
- A Bachelor of either Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or any related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in retail or digital banking, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within agency banking
Other Requirements:
- Proven track record in developing and executing channel expansion strategies.
- Strong understanding of financial inclusion, digital payment ecosystems, and agent management models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Description
- The Trade Finance Officer is responsible for the execution of the Bank’s trade transactions.
- The Officer will deliver an efficient, effective, comprehensible, and reliable solution for every stage of a customer’s trade value chain to support their local and international activities.
- The officer will also provide the necessary support required to perform the remittance activities in the Bank and liaise with money transfer operators on behalf of the Bank.

- Processing of export transactions

- Reconciliation of accounts (Nostro, Settlement, transit etc.)
- Confirmation and acceptance of transactions on appropriate applications
- First level Processmaker Approval for Trade related transactions
- FX inflow and outflow processing
- Manage relationship with Webfontainne on the CBN portal
- Processing and collection of custom duty revenue
- Correspondent Bank account management
- First level invisibles payment approval
- First level Bills for collection approval
- Treasury operations settlement
- Review, receipt, release, and processing of shipping documents & Pre-Arrival Assessment Report.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Good knowledge of the CBN FX manual on all international settlement transactions
- Good knowledge of relevant manuals, regulations, publications, circulars, and guidelines on Treasury Products
- Minimum experience – 3 years relevant banking experience.
- Confidence and proficiency in commercial banking operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Configuration and installation of various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN,VOICE PBX, QoS)

- Lead and coordinate Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for applications, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
