Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking to hire a Business Development & Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships.
  • The successful candidate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure that sales targets are consistently met.
  • The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and data analysis.
  • Results-driven and strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.

Salary
N400,000 per month + Commission.

  • Innovating New Digital Experiences: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, analyzing website data, and brainstorming new ideas to improve the online customer experience.
  • Building and Maintaining E-commerce Websites: This includes managing product pages, landing pages, and other aspects of the website’s functionality.
