Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her e-commerce website on March 1st 2021.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing / Brand Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description of Marketing / Brand Executive

Enhance brand reputation and awareness through strategic marketing initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Drive lead acquisition and sales growth for Packnpay’s products and services.
Collaborate on content creation plans for marketing campaigns and participate in brand campaigns.
Collect customer feedback on product quality and pricing.
Provide regular reports on sales, feedback, and market activities.
Actively market Packnpay’s brand and products to customers and prospects.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
Follow assigned drivers for van sales

Requirements and Skills

OND, HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, preferably FMCG
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software e.g: CRM
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Marketing automation tools.
A team player with a customer-oriented approach.

Job Title: Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager

Job Description

Develop a marketing calendar aligned with sales targets and seasonal opportunities.
Creative Content creation and video scripting
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost e-commerce sales and customer engagement.
Optimize the Packnpay website for search engines to improve organic traffic and rankings.
Manage and grow all social media pages that are related and assigned to
Come up with engaging social media promotions that can both increase online sales and social media presence
Collaborate with content creators to produce blogs, videos, and product descriptions tailored to FMCG audiences.
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
Develop email campaigns targeting both individual and B2B customers, promoting special offers, discounts, and new products.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Collaborate with customer care agent to ensure that leads generated on the website are converted
Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics, that resonate with the FMCG audience.
Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews promptly and professionally.
Build relationships with followers, influencers, and online communities to enhance brand presence.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, discounts, and special events.
Use tools like Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Insights to run and optimize paid campaigns.
Monitor and analyze metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.
Prepare monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep content fresh and relevant.
Collaborate with influencers to promote social media pages and websites.

Requirements and Skills

B.Sc or HND in Computer science, Business Administration, or related field
SEO Skills and knowledge of WordPress
Experience in Managing and growing social media pages for a brand.
Digital marketing and content creation skills
Experience in managing social media ads
Onsite work location in Port Harcourt.

Responsibilities

Manages a team of warehouse staff, including training, development and performance management.
Oversees overall warehouse operations such as optimization of warehouse procedures and maximization of warehouse space.
Responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, decison making and cost control regarding the warehouse.
Implement and maintain effective warehouse management systems including cycle counts and stock takes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, rules and regulations.
States out tasks, workflows and schedules.
Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure accurate and damage free goods.
Maintain communication with suppliers and shipment carriers.
Reconcilliation of discrepancies during cycle count with required team (warehouse and control).
Other assigned duties

Requirements and Skills

B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5 – 7 years experience as warehouse manager or supervisor
Skilled in MS Office Excel with strong numerical proficiency.
Team management and Leadershipskills.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
Onsite work location in Port Harcourt.

Requirements and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Linguistics or Business Administration
0 – 1 year relevant work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a corper serving in Port Harcourt
