Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Function

  • This role is responsible for gathering data, interpreting data, creating reports, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • This position will work closely with the Commercial Demand Manager regarding Order creation and effective management of the order book, provide relevant data needs, develop analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

  • Order creation using GBO platform.
  • Extract and transform data from various sources including Power BI to create reports.
  • Clean and pre-process data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Develop scripts and workflows to automate data collection and processing tasks.
  • Daily rendition of reports for sales, shipment and other KPIs being tracked Nationally.
  • Scheduling and organizing Shipment meetings.
  • Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations weekly and monthly for the Commercial Demand Manager.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable insights.
  • Validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
  • Implement data quality controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Analyze business processes and operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide decision support through ad-hoc analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and data mining techniques is desirable.

Job Title: Senior Print and UI Designer

Responsibilities

  • Consistently improve the visual impact of all our products while ensuring brand consistency and evolution.
  • Co-lead the design and final production of critical print materials, including magazine, merchandise and marketing collateral.
  • Own the print preparation process, including expert file setup, color management (CMYK), trapping, binding specifications, and collaboration with vendors to achieve premium results.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of grid systems, hierarchy, and typography to enhance readability and visual interest in high-volume text layouts.
  • Conceptualize, design, and iterate on highly functional and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using industry leading tools.

  • Translate user flows and wireframes into stunning visual designs that guide the user effectively and adhere to current best practices for interaction and accessibility.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of professional design experience with a proven portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in both Print and UI Design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for production-ready print work.
  • Advanced proficiency in leading tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of print production processes, high resolution imagery, colour management (CMYK), trapping, and pre- press standards.
  • Strong command of component-based UI design patterns, visual hierarchy, layout systems, and platform-specific interface standards (web/mobile).
  • Mastery of typographic principles, grid systems, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
