Description

  • This role is ideal for a smart, analytical professional who understands healthcare billing systems, HMO processes, and financial controls — and is ready to grow within a structured medical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HMO desk operations and serve as liaison between the hospital and HMOs
  • Process, reconcile, and follow up on HMO claims and payments
  • Prepare and submit accurate billing documentation in line with HMO requirements
  • Monitor outstanding claims and ensure timely recovery of receivables
  • Maintain proper financial and patient account records
  • Support internal financial reporting and reconciliation processes
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and company policies
  • Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 1 – 2 years experience in a healthcare, hospital, or HMO-related role
