Job Title: Strategy and Business Development Analyst

Job Description
- The Strategy and Business Development Analyst supports the organization’s growth agenda by conducting market research, analyzing data, evaluating business opportunities, and assisting in strategic planning and execution.
- The ideal candidate will help identify trends, assess competitive positioning, and support high-impact business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, risks, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze internal and external data to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the development of business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies.
- Track competitor performance, market share movements, and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partnerships, alliances, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations) to execute growth strategies.
- Monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates.
- Support due diligence and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, investment analysis, or corporate planning.
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Knowledge of oil and gas value chain
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong communication and presentation skills,
- Cross-functional coordination,
- Report writing and presentation, Strong attention to detail
- Advanced Excel Ability to derive insights from large datasets

Job Title: Senior Risk & Compliance Officer

Description
- Ability to develop & implement the enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Ability to align standard operating procedures/business process with strategic objectives.
- Ability to deliver regular analysis reports to management & Board
- Ability to monitor the FX & credit position regularly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, credit, market, and compliance risks.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and update policies accordingly.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement risk management and compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide regular reports on risk exposure, compliance status, and mitigation plans to senior management and the Board.
- Strengthen internal control systems to prevent fraud, misconduct, and regulatory breaches.
- Lead and oversee investigations into compliance violations and risk incidents.
- Conduct risk and compliance training to promote awareness and adherence.
- Foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of Second-class Upper Bachelor’s Degree in aAccounting, Audit, Economics or related field.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Internal Audit/Control or Risk & compliance from Oil & Gas/Banking or Insurance.
- The candidate should be ACA/ACCA qualified.
