Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to departmental managers and supervisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, procurement, and distribution, to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and operational benchmarks to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and quality enhancement programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and safety regulations in all operational activities.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-8 years experience in a senior operation role with a track record of success in operations management.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes, technology, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 per month.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8 – 10 years experience in a senior finance role, working with a BPO industry or related service-oriented sectors is an added advantage.

- Ability to manage and maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s accounts are up-to-date & in compliance with applicable standards & requirements.
- Ability to conduct periodic analytical reviews of the business’ monthly operating results while continually enhance the business’ operating profit margin.
