Job Summary

  • The B2B Sales Lead will be responsible for driving enterprise sales across Renda’s product and service offerings, with a focus on building strong relationships with large-scale clients such as fleet operators, logistics providers, and aggregators.
  • This role requires strategic planning, excellent client engagement skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the enterprise sales playbook for Renda’s product and service offerings.
  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of enterprise leads, including fleet operators, logistics providers, and aggregators.
  • Develop strategic go-to-market plans and pricing models tailored to different customer segments.
  • Identify decision-makers and influencers within target accounts, leading C-level outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, partnerships) to support enterprise deal closures.
  • Deliver compelling product demos, proposals, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize sales conversion funnels and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Report to the Head of Growth & Marketing with monthly and quarterly sales performance updates.

Success Metrics

  • Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated from enterprise accounts.
  • Number of new enterprise deals closed per quarter.
  • Enterprise client retention and renewal rate.
  • Average sales cycle duration.
  • Sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to closed-won ratio.

Key Qualifications & Requirements
