As we scale our digital presence, we’re looking for a talented Product Manager to own and drive the user experience across our mobile app and web platforms, ensuring our customers enjoy frictionless access to loans, savings, bill payments, transfers, and account management features.

Job Title: Product Manager – Front-End Channels (Mobile / Web)

Location:  Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Product Manager for Front-End Channels will lead the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of Renmoney’s Mobile and Web customer-facing platforms.
  • You will work with cross-functional squads — including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and business stakeholders — to create intuitive and delightful digital journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision – Define and champion a compelling product vision for Mobile and Web channels, aligned with Renmoney’s business goals of increasing customer acquisition, retention, and transaction volume.
  • UX Optimization – Lead UI/UX revamps to improve usability, accessibility, and inclusiveness, especially for non-tech-savvy users. Partner with design to ensure consistency, performance, and visual appeal.
  • Execution & Delivery – Own the product backlog. Prioritize features, manage sprints, and coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and BA teams to deliver timely, high-quality updates.
  • Customer-Centric Design – Use customer feedback, usability testing, and behavioral analytics to optimize onboarding, in-app navigation, and key feature adoption.
  • Conversion & Engagement – Drive improvements in loan funnel conversion, savings engagement, and transaction completion. Proactively reduce drop-offs and increase session stickiness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Lending, Banking, Risk, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and readiness for new initiatives.
  • Compliance & Regulation – Ensure all front-end features meet Nigerian fintech regulatory and data privacy standards. – Advocate for inclusive design to drive financial access.
  • Release Management – Plan and coordinate beta rollouts, production deployments, and emergency hotfixes in collaboration with DevOps and QA.
  • Product Analytics – Define and monitor KPIs — including activation, MAU/WAU, churn, drop-off points — using tools like Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. MBA or Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech or digital banking; 3+ years managing mobile/web platforms with proven outcomes in user growth and engagement.
  • Technical Exposure – Understanding of REST APIs, mobile/web architecture, analytics integration, and Agile methodologies.
  • Tools Proficiency – JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Productboard (or equivalent), Firebase/Mixpanel, Google Analytics. SQL is a plus.
  • Soft Skills – Strong ownership mindset, analytical thinking, storytelling ability, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder influence at C-level.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location:  Nigeria

Description

  • As the Business Analyst for Front-End Channels, you will bridge the gap between user needs and execution, ensuring Renmoney’s mobile app and web platforms deliver intuitive, seamless, and high-performing user experiences.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to gather business requirements, drive data-driven decisions, and support sprint delivery.
  • You will also act as the Scrum Master for the Mobile/Web Squad, owning the Agile delivery process end-to-end.
  • This role is central to achieving business growth by improving user conversion, increasing engagement, and delivering best-in-class digital experiences

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and user requirements. Translate them into actionable user stories and BRDs.
  • Agile Delivery: Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Manage Jira backlog, velocity tracking, and delivery timelines.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze user behavior (e.g., click-through rates, session flows, drop-off points) via Firebase and internal dashboards to uncover UX gaps and insights.
  • User Journey Optimization: Map and optimize digital journeys across mobile and web, targeting friction reduction and improved conversion rates.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, flowcharts, and decision logs using Confluence or Notion.
  • Product QA/UAT Support: Coordinate UAT sessions and ensure new features meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
  • UX/Design Collaboration: Partner with Product Designers to review wireframes, improve UI flows, and implement features like searchable dropdowns and better onboarding states.
  • Market Monitoring: Benchmark competitor UX patterns and trends to inform feature improvements and innovation.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Certifications in Agile/Scrum or Business Analysis are a strong plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or similar roles within fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
  • Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Excel and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). SQL and Firebase experience preferred.
  • Documentation Tools: Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Balsamiq or similar tools.
  • Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset, strong facilitation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

  • Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and generate purchase orders (POs) in line with company procedures.
