REPTON Group is a company registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission to carry out business in general commerce, distribution, haulage, agriculture and allied services.

We are major Lafarge, Dangote, and Bua cement distributors across Nigeria. We distribute products across the 36 states of the Federation including FCT Abuja. In addition, we haul products from the factories in Obajana, Kogi State, Gboko, Benue State, Ibese, Ogun State and numerous distribution and sales depots. We also operate own strategic depots across the country with a goal to make the products available to Project sites and end user locations. We are long standing Lafarge Cement & Dangote Cement Distributor respectively. Thus, we are very familiar with both the industry and the markets.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Financial related courses.
  • 5 – 7 years of experience in the same role within the age of 40-45years of age
  • Strong analytical, presentation skill and commercial mind especially in FMCG and Logistic
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized, a good listener, innovative thinker and problem-solver
  • Professional Certifications are an added advantage.

Requirements

  • HND, BSc or M.Sc in Management or any related field.
  • Have top understanding of dealing with deadline and anchoring most CEO task
  • Possess adequate understanding of top executive roles and responsibilties
  • 6 – 8 years of experience in the same role.
  • Excellent usage of Excel, Powerpoint Critical thinker and Leadership skill.
  • Excellent Managerial Skill and detailed report writing.
  • Strong verbal, written communication and impeccable attention to details.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Between the age of 35 – 40 years.

Job Title: Compliance Officer

Locations: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and respond to compliance-related queries and complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and update policies and procedures accordingly.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / BSc in Finance, Risk and Audit with 2 – 3 years experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Freely to move around within the country on assignment Experience with compliance software and system is a plus.
