Job Summary

  • As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
  • The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable professional with extensive experience in HVAC systems.
  • You should have a problem-solving attitude, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to HVAC equipment.

Job Requirements

  • Inspecting and testing HVAC systems and components
  • Identifying maintenance risks and addressing potential issues
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
  • Identifying, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems that are malfunctioning
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
  • Maintaining and repairing motors, pumps, condensers, boilers, heaters, and controls
  • Assisting with customers’ queries and providing technical advice
  • Preparing records and reports detailing work performed.
  • Processing and completing work orders.
  • Contacting the client to ascertain their equipment needs.
  • Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, and sundries for the order.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Installing climate control systems, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment.
  • Observing and testing newly installed systems.
  • Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures.
  • Maintaining stock levels.
  • Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors.
  • Informing clients of repair costs and alternate cooling options.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 – 4 years experience previous experience as a refrigeration & Air-condition technician.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Braising and soldering skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and compliance schematics.
  • Advanced mechanical and diagnostic skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage her financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting, proficiency in Peachtree accounting software, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage and maintain the company’s Peachtree accounting software system, including data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting
