Job Title: HMO Corporate Sales Executive
Location: Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (8:00am-6:00pm)
Job Overview
- The Corporate Sales Executives will be responsible for acquiring high-net-worth clients, generating and qualifying sales leads, and closing deals within set timelines.
- This role demands expertise in the HMO or Insurance sector, strong negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new high-net-worth accounts for the organization.
- Prospect daily for new business opportunities, leveraging industry networks and market insights.
- Generate high-quality sales leads and conduct initial assessments to qualify potential clients.
- Follow up diligently on qualified leads and convert them into actionable opportunities.
- Communicate value propositions effectively to influence decision-making processes.
- Utilize market intelligence to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Manage the sales cycle efficiently, ensuring timely closure of deals.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing progress against targets and opportunities.
- Ensure all activities align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in any Social Science discipline or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of cognate experience in Corporate Sales, preferably within the HMO or Insurance sector.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders effectively.
Salary
N300,000 – N500,000 Monthly.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesacross Northern Nigeria through research, networking, and direct engagement.
- Develop and implement territory-specific business growth strategies, aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiationswith prospective clients.
- Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and regional stakeholder events.
- Provide timely reports and market intelligence to support leadership in decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development or client relationship management, preferably in the HR consulting or outsourcing industry.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communicationskills.
- Good understanding of business operations in the Northern regionand willingness to travel within the territory.
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Remuneration
- Salary: N167,000 / month + Pension + Leave Allowance + 13th Month Bonus.

Job Title: Technical Support Staff
Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities
- Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Provide support in a face-to-face capacity, over the phone or via remote desktop software, helping staff or clients set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Replace parts as required
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
- Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
- Prioritise and manage many open cases at one time
- Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers
- Test and evaluate new technology
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Requirements and Skills
- BE.ng Computer Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (eg. Zendesk)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
