Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
- The role focuses on expanding the company’s market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, tenders, and contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within upstream, midstream, and downstream oil & gas operations.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas operators, EPCI contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored service solutions.
Tendering & Proposal Management:
- Source, review, and coordinate response to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Invitations to Tender (ITTs), and RFQs.
- Coordinate proposal preparation, pricing, and technical inputs with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
Strategic Partnerships & Networking:
- Identify and develop strategic alliances and joint venture opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Strengthen the company’s brand and market reputation within the oil & gas industry.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–7 years’ experience in business development or sales within the oil & gas servicing industry.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas operations, procurement processes, and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of winning contracts and growing client portfolios.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and market research abilities.
- Ability to develop compelling business proposals and commercial strategies.
- High proficiency in presenting technical solutions and market insights to C-suite stakeholders.

Job Title: Finance Officer

Job Description
- The Finance Officer will assist in managing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance
- This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial strategies that align with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in developing and overseeing financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Budget Management:
- Manage the preparation and implementation of budgets.
- Monitor and report on budget variances, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of financial resources.
Financial Reporting:
- Preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including board members and investors.
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial reporting systems and processes.
Cash Flow Management and Treasury:
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements to optimize cash management, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
- Receivables & payables management and ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by conducting regular risk assessments.
 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a track record of progressively responsible roles.
- ACA/CFA certification is compulsory
- Adequate knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software
- Â Extensive experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
Skills and Ability:
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficient in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities with little or no supervision.

Job Title: Self-loader Driver
Location:Â Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Self Loader Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a self-loading truck, to load, transport, and offload heavy materials, equipment, and machinery.
- The role requires adherence to safety regulations, proper equipment handling, and timely delivery to designated locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate self-loader truck (HIAB) to lift, load, transport, and offload materials safely
- Conduct daily vehicle and crane inspections before and after operations
- Secure loads properly to prevent damage or accidents during transit
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and HSE standards
- Coordinate with site supervisors during lifting operations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and job documentation
- Report mechanical faults, safety concerns, or incidents promptly
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and keep the truck clean and serviceable
- Follow lifting plans and ensure safe working load limits are not exceeded.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license appropriate for heavy-duty vehicles
- Certification or training in self-loader/lorry crane operations (where applicable)
- Minimum of 5 years relevant driving self-loader and operation experience
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and lifting procedures
- Ability to read and understand lifting plans and safety instructions
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Safe crane operation and load handling
- Defensive driving skills
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Time management and reliability.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor and site-based work environment
- May require long hours, night driving, or work in remote locations.
