We are seeking an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong technical background to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, a keen analytical mind, and prior experience in crafting compelling proposals for technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Research, write, and edit high-quality technical proposals, RFP responses, and other business documents.
Collaborate with technical teams, sales, and leadership to understand project requirements and craft compelling proposals.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives tailored to clients’ needs.
Analyze RFPs and client requirements to develop structured, strategic, and competitive responses.

Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in proposal writing, technical documentation, or business development in a tech company, agency, or consulting firm.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and articulate them clearly.
Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Collaboration & Initiative: Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
