Job Title: Sales Officer (Automobile Industry)

Locations: Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bayelsa, Cross River , Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Imo, Katsina, Kogi, Kwara , Niger, Osun, Oyo, Plateau, Rivers, Taraba and Yobe

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a vibrant and motivated Sales Officer with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to join our Personal Segment – Ladies’ Bike Division.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our Rubber Rubber/Lady’s bike, developing strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent buying experiences, while meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the Rubber Rubber/Lady’s bike through showroom visits, referrals, field sales, and community engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, especially female riders, to encourage loyalty and repeat purchases.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test rides to showcase features, benefits, and lifestyle appeal of the bike.
  • Prepare accurate sales quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in consumer or lifestyle product sales (experience in automobile or two-wheeler sales is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse customers.
  • Passion for lifestyle mobility products, especially two-wheelers, with knowledge of market trends.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline with a minimum of Second Class upper/Upper credit.
  • ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA or equivalent certification (or actively pursuing) is an advantage.
  • Have a minimum of five credits in WASSCE Ordinary Level/NECO subjects or acceptable equivalent examination, including Mathematics and English Language in one sitting only.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in internal audit, risk or advisory.
  • Considerable knowledge of accounting principles, practices, procedures, and generally accepted auditing standards.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
